Now this is just downright cool.

The smart folks aMIT have apparently come up with Wireless Electricity. The report is on Engadget

How “commercial” this could be within self-contained/small environments, I have no idea.

Given the full deployment in the whole Digital Signage market, can you imagine how easy a DS network deployment would be if everything was done wirelessly? Connectivity and Video signals are already possible but power too!
